I'm passionate about helping people to look and feel the best that they can. I only use evidence-based health and fitness training techniques to achieve your personal fitness goals and you may be surprised at some of the techniques I've learned to avoid. For me, Personal Training is about safely helping my clients to achieve total fitness, whether they be complete beginners or professional athletes.
Using NASM's Optimum Performance Training method to virtually eliminate training design guesswork, I've learnt to develop fitness training programmes which are scientifically proven to produce remarkable results whilst minimising the likelihood of injury.

Training Strategy & Techniques
Our trainer/client relationship will start with an in-depth assessment process covering your goals and aspirations and your reasons behind them. After establishing some realistic short and long term targets I will design a training programme which will enable you to achieve these targets.
Depending on your current fitness level we'll begin by improving your core stability & strength and work towards your goals using the most effective methods for you. Your availability and preferred exercise styles will play important roles in this process.
